Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens, and we aim to offer flexibility while honoring our practitioners’ time. You may cancel your appointment through the online booking system as long as you do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. You may reschedule an existing appointment online as long as it is more than 12 hours in advance of your original appointment time. If you need to cancel or reschedule within 12 hours of your appointment, please contact your provider directly. Contact information can be found in your confirmation message from the provider or on the "Our Providers" page of our website. Last-minute changes may result in limited availability for rescheduling. We appreciate your communication and understanding as we work to support every family’s care.
