Who We Are & How We Help

Cialin Mills-Ostwald, LMT
Working with Cialin -Cranial Sacral Therapy -Visceral Manipulation -Neural Manipulation -Massage Therapy -Lymphatic Drainage **Appointments also available for adult clients and older children**
I have been practicing Cranial Sacral Therapy and Massage with infants, children, and families since 2012. I come to this work with passion born from experiencing changes first-hand with my own family. Our family experiences inspired my study of healing modalities to work with young people: Craniosacral with Upledger and Milne Institutes; Visceral and Neural Manipulation with Barral Institute; Lymph drainage from the Berry Method; and Pediatric Myofascial with the Barnes Method. These, in addition to my background in Early Childhood Education, and my practice of Tai Chi and Qi Gong, inform my style of play-based learning and supporting a calm nervous system.
